A much newest building which is three stories and stands guard next to the only road in and out of the grounds on one side and the Villa riding trail on the other side. The Maiya building isn't anything like the dorms for each unit has a kitchen, bath room and a bedroom. There is also enough room in the kitchens for a small table to eat at. With each unit made up to be more apartment like and homey. That being said it is done so for a reason as this is the staff housing for those that choose to live on the campus which many do.
